Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division for an Accountant. The Accountant will manage and oversee daily financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, prepare reports and budgets, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. Key responsibilities also include reconciling accounts, processing payroll, and assisting with audits and tax filings. The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining financial records
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools such as QuickBooks, Tally, or other relevant platforms
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret financial data and identify trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fields
- Proven experience in a similar accounting or financial role is advantageous
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with industry-specific accounting practices is a plus
