Role Description
This is a full-time, HQ role for an Accountant based in Jammu. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, overseeing budgets, maintaining accurate financial data, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations such as TDS and GST. Additional responsibilities include handling accounts payable and receivable, performing reconciliations, and supporting audits and tax filings. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations and assist in strategic financial planning. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Accounting, General Ledger Management, and Budget Preparation
- Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Bank Reconciliation
- Strong skills in Financial Reporting, Tax Compliance, and Audit Support
- Familiarity with finance-related software and tools such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar platforms
- Attention to detail and strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA) are a plus
- Knowledge of industry-specific financial practices is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain confidentiality of financial information
