Role Description
The Accountant will play a key role in managing the financial records of the company. This is a full-time on-site position based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include preparing accurate financial reports, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, managing accounts payable/receivable, reconciling ledgers, and participating in financial audits. The role also involves assisting with budget preparation, tax compliance, and providing financial insights for decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management
- Proficiency in tools such as Tally, QuickBooks, or other accounting software
- Experience in preparing budgets, financial forecasting, and ensuring tax compliance
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certifications such as CPA or CA are a plus
