🚨 URGENT HIRING – ACCOUNTANT / SENIOR ACCOUNTANT 🚨
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant to join our team immediately.
📍 Job Location: Block No.110, Ambawadi Compound, Near Sardar Chowk, Anthem Circle to Gadhpur Road, Laskana, Surat, Gujarat
📌 Only candidates belonging to Surat are eligible to apply.
⚡ Immediate Joiners Preferred
Qualification:
• B.Com / M.Com preferred
• CA candidates can also apply for Senior Accountant position
• Relevant accounting experience will be preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day accounting activities
• Maintain accounts in Tally
• Manage daily purchase and sales entries
• Prepare and maintain purchase bills, sales bills, invoices and vouchers
• Handle daily stock/inventory records and maintain proper inward/outward entries
• Verify purchase bills, invoices and supporting documents
• Manage supplier/vendor accounts and purchase-related documentation
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate records
• Maintain proper books of accounts and accounting documentation
• Prepare regular accounting and stock-related reports
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers and vendors
• Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries
• Handle other day-to-day accounting responsibilities as required
Required Skills:
✅ Good knowledge of Tally
✅ Strong understanding of Accounting & Bookkeeping
✅ Practical knowledge of Purchase, Sales, Billing & Stock Management
✅ Good knowledge of MS Excel
✅ Ability to independently manage day-to-day accounts
✅ Good analytical and communication skills
✅ Responsible and detail-oriented
For Senior Accountant:
CA / M.Com / experienced B.Com candidates with strong knowledge of accounting, Tally, taxation, reconciliation and financial reporting can apply.
