Role Description
We are seeking a full-time on-site Accountant to join our team at our Ranchi office. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing accurate financial statements, handling tax-related tasks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and performing financial audits. The role will also include assisting in budgeting, cost analysis, and preparing reports for management to facilitate informed decision-making. Additional responsibilities may include collaborating with internal teams and supporting client projects related to financial and business advisory.
Qualifications
- Strong financial accounting and reporting skills, including experience with maintaining and analyzing financial records
- Proficiency in auditing processes and methods, with attention to detail to ensure compliance
- Knowledge of tax regulations, tax planning strategies, and filing procedures
- Experience in cost analysis, budgeting, and preparing management reports
- Ability to work with financial software and tools efficiently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Chartered Accountant qualification preferred
- Relevant professional experience in accounting, taxation, or auditing is strongly desired
