📍 Location: Harihara, Karnataka (On-site)
💰 Salary: ₹3–5 LPA, depending on experience
💼 Experience: Minimum 2 years in accounting
About Us
Kavya Textiles is a textile retail business offering sarees, dress materials, fabrics, and accessories. We are looking for an Accountant to manage our daily accounts, payments, tax filings, and stock records.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily sales, purchases, expenses, and cash transactions.
- Match bank statements and cash balances with accounting records.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other tax filings on time.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and weekly cash flow updates.
- Track supplier payments and pending customer payments.
- Maintain stock records, check physical stock, and report differences.
- Track product costs, margins, and slow-moving stock.
- Keep bills and documents ready for audits.
Skills Required
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
- Knowledge of Tally or similar accounting software.
- Understanding of GST, bookkeeping, and stock accounting.
- Basic Excel skills.
- Accuracy, honesty, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Retail or textile accounting experience is preferred.
