Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Accountant role located in Ahmedabad. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, reconciling accounts, processing payments, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations. Additional responsibilities may include preparing budgets, managing cash flow, and contributing to financial planning efforts. The ideal candidate will work closely with our finance team to support the financial health and efficiency of the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Accounting principles, Financial Reporting, and Budget Preparation
- Experience with Account Reconciliation, Cost Analysis, and Auditing practices
- Proficiency with Accounting Software and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with different teams
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CMA certification is a plus)
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience in the technology or transportation industry is an advantage
