Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant located in Chennai. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing and reviewing financial documents, handling budget and expense reports, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Key tasks also include maintaining accurate records, reconciling accounts, aiding in audits, and supporting financial planning efforts to enable smooth operations of the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Accounting Principles, Bookkeeping, and Financial Reporting
- Experience with Budget Management and Expense Tracking
- Effective use of Accounting Software, such as QuickBooks or similar tools
- Attention to Detail and Strong Organizational Skills
- Ability to perform Financial Analysis and Reporting
- Understanding of Regulatory and Tax Compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is an advantage
