Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Manager, based in Tamil Nadu, India. The Accounts Manager will oversee and manage the financial accounts and transactions of the organization while ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, managing budgets, overseeing audits, ensuring tax compliance, and liaising with external auditors and regulatory entities. The role also requires contributions to financial planning and analysis to support the company’s operational objectives and strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- C.A/C.A Inter/M.com/MBA (Finance)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools, along with advanced Excel skills
- Experience with audits, financial compliance, and tax regulations
- Analytical thinking and ability to contribute to financial planning and strategies
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams
- professional certification (e.g., CA, CMA) is preferred
- Experience in the manufacturing or export industries is an added advantage
