We are building a category-defining company in Bharat, and we are looking for the first people who want to build it with us.
Japyara launches in May 2026, and we are now looking for the earliest team members who want to help build it from day one.
This is not a routine hiring post.
These are foundational roles.
📍 Location
∙ Full-time, office-based
∙ Lohegaon, Pune
💼 Open Roles
∙ Accounts & Purchase Manager — ₹30,000/month + bachelor accommodation with cooking facilities
🔍 Who we are looking for

∙ Comfortable working in ambiguity
∙ Willing to take ownership beyond the job title
∙ Capable of handling responsibility early
∙ Able to multitask across functions when needed
∙ Preferably experienced in D2C products
