Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Bhubaneswar. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations including preparing and analyzing financial reports, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities include processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing tax returns, and assisting with audits and financial forecasting. The Accountant will collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and support overall financial health for the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting practices, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and financial forecasting
- Experience in tax preparation, regulatory compliance, and audit processes
- Familiarity with accounting software, spreadsheets, and financial analysis tools
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Excellent communication and collaborative abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in an on-site role and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Prior experience in relevant accounting roles is preferred
