Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Accountant role located in Panchkula. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and overseeing audit processes. The role will also involve ensuring compliance with financial regulations, handling tax filings, and maintaining accurate records to support business decision-making. Collaboration with internal and external teams will also be a key aspect of this position.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Accounting principles, Financial reporting, and Budget management
- Experience with Accounting software, Ledger management, and Auditing practices
- In-depth understanding of Tax compliance, Payroll processing, and Regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical, Problem-solving, and Attention-to-detail skills
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional certification (CA, CPA) is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and other relevant financial tools
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail or related industry
