Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Accountant role located in Delhi, India. The Accountant will be responsible for managing and maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additional tasks include budgeting, handling payroll, conducting financial analysis, and assisting in audits. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and adherence to company policies to ensure accurate and efficient financial management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and account reconciliation
- Experience with financial reporting and preparation of balance sheets
- Knowledge of budgeting, auditing processes, and financial analysis
- Familiarity with financial software systems and tools, such as SAP or QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA) is a plus
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
