We're scaling fast across India and need a strong accounts function to keep up.
About the Role
We're hiring an Accountant with 2–4 years of hands-on experience to own day-to-day bookkeeping, GST and TDS compliance, vendor and customer reconciliations, and basic MIS reporting. You'll work directly with our Manager – Finance and the founders, and your work will keep the financial backbone of the company clean and reliable.
What You'll Do
• Maintain books of accounts in Tally / Zoho Books / similar accounting software, ensuring entries are timely and accurate
• Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and customer receipts
• Handle GST workings, return filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), and reconciliations
• Manage TDS deductions, payments, returns, and 26AS reconciliation
• Run bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations on a monthly basis
• Support payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT)
• Prepare basic MIS reports for management as required
• Coordinate with auditors during statutory and internal audits
• Support the Manager – Finance with month-end and year-end closing
What We're Looking For
• 2–4 years of hands-on accounting experience in a company (not just articleship)
• Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime / Zoho Books / similar
• Solid understanding of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance
• Comfortable with Excel — VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas
• B.Com / M.Com graduate; CA Inter preferred but not mandatory
• Detail-oriented, organised, and meets deadlines without being chased
• Comfortable working on-site 6 days/week at our Gurgaon Sector 49 office
Bonus Points
• Experience in services / D2C / multi-location businesses
• Exposure to inventory / POS-based accounting
• Familiarity with Razorpay / payment gateway reconciliations
• Has worked closely with auditors during statutory audit

Compensation
₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (₹3.6 – ₹4.2 LPA), depending on experience.
