Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant, located in Jaipur. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, overseeing record-keeping, ensuring compliance with regulations, and handling payroll and taxation. The role involves monitoring budgets, performing reconciliations, generating reports, and evaluating financial data to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting
- Proficiency in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and financial tools
- Experience with payroll processing, taxation, and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Effective communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA) are a plus
- Previous experience in the jewellery or manufacturing industry is an advantage
