Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Accountant role located in Manesar. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing tax filings, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and generating financial statements and reports. The role involves overseeing accounts payable and receivable and providing financial insights to guide decision-making processes. The accountant will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations and support the company's continued growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and tax filings
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools, as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities, along with problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of compliance standards, financial regulations, and experience in audit processes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CA designation is a plus)
- Experience in manufacturing or automotive industries is highly desirable
