Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role at our Mumbai location. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, maintaining accurate records, handling reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with taxation and regulatory requirements. The role involves budgeting, financial planning, and supporting audits, as well as contributing to the improvement of financial processes within the company.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and general ledger management
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Knowledge of tax regulations, GST, and other compliance requirements
- Proficiency in financial software tools and advanced Excel skills
- Analytical skills and attention to detail for financial reporting and budgeting
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as CA, CPA, or equivalent are a plus
- Experience in the HVAC or construction industry is advantageous
