Role Description
We’re Hiring: Senior Accountant (Full-Time)
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 5–7 years of professional accounting experience and strong expertise in financial reporting, taxation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST filings, and statutory requirements
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights for business decisions
• Maintain accurate documentation and financial records
Required Skills & Expertise:
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, or similar ERP systems)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis
• Experience with balance sheet reconciliation and financial closing processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CA / CA Inter (preferred)
