Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Account Executive based on-site in Mumbai. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our growing team at Harry Fashion LLP. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting processes, along with excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience & Qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience
- CA background will be an added advantage
- B.Com or related qualification preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Handle GST filing and return filing including basic GST types such as GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and related compliance activities (Required)
- Manage TDS working, deduction, and filing processes (Required)
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records
- Handle purchase and sales entries in the accounting system
- Manage vendor payments, customer collections, and payment gateways
- Coordinate with auditors, CA, and government departments
- Monitor inventory, cash flow, and internal payments
- Handle accounting operations using Tally ERP and ERP software
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and Advanced Excel
- VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP are mandatory
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and strong accounting knowledge
- Good communication skills will be an added advantage for coordination with CA and auditors
- Understanding of statutory compliance and financial processes
