Job Description
Position: Accountant
Experience Required: 1–3 Years
Location: Navsari (Local Candidates Preferred)
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial activities efficiently. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, payroll processing, banking operations, and financial reporting.
The candidate should be comfortable working with accounting software, handling compliance-related tasks, and maintaining accurate financial records in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily accounting activities and bookkeeping
* Handle cash management and monitor cash flow
* Process payroll activities, including PF and ESIC compliance
* Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS reports
* Maintain expense records and reimbursement processes
* Create and maintain accounting entries using Tally
* Handle GST and TDS calculations, filing, and documentation
* Generate invoices and manage billing processes
* Perform bank reconciliation and bank statement verification
* Maintain accurate sales and purchase records
* Coordinate banking-related activities and documentation
* Prepare and maintain financial records and supporting documents
* Utilize MS Excel for reporting, calculations, and data management
Required Skills
* Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation
* Hands-on experience with Tally Accounting Software
* Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, and ESIC processes
* Proficiency in MS Excel
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good organizational and documentation skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
Preferred Candidate Profile
* 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles
* Prior experience working under a CA or in a CA firm will be preferred
* Commerce graduate preferred (B.Com / M.Com)
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Responsible, trustworthy, and process-oriented mindset
