Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible
Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of
Accounting principles, Tally, and Advanced Excel, and should be able to maintain accurate financial records and reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting records.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare financial reports, invoices, and balance sheets.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger management.
- Maintain accurate entries in Tally.
- Use Advanced Excel for financial analysis, reporting, and data management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial documentation and audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience (Freshers with strong knowledge can also apply).
- Strong knowledge of Tally and Advanced Excel.
- Good understanding of GST, invoicing, and financial documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in financial reporting and MIS preparation.
- Knowledge of data analysis using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.).
