Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant located in Saket. The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting tasks such as maintaining financial records, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements. Additional responsibilities include analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and providing support for budgeting and forecasting. The role also involves liaising with auditors, managing tax payments, and contributing to the development of financial policies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with bookkeeping, journal entries, and maintaining accurate financial records
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Knowledge of taxation, regulatory compliance, and auditing processes
- Strong proficiency in accounting tools and software, such as QuickBooks, Tally, or equivalent
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CMA certification is advantageous)
- Familiarity with the event management or marketing sector is a plus
