Job Description – Accountant (3+ Years Experience)

About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with 3+ years of experience, preferably from a CA Firm, to manage accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance for multiple clients. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, hands-on experience in GST & TDS compliances, and proficiency in accounting software.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain books of accounts and complete accounting records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle GST compliance, including return filing and reconciliations.
- Manage TDS compliance, return filing, and reconciliations.
- Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial reports for clients.
- Assist in statutory, tax, and internal audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with clients for accounting and compliance-related requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a CA Firm (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Core Accounting.
- Hands-on experience in GST & TDS compliances.
- Good understanding of financial statements and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, Busy, and Zoho Books.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
