Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant at our Noida location. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, overseeing budgets, preparing financial statements, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Daily tasks include maintaining ledgers, reconciling accounts, processing invoices, preparing tax documents, tracking expenses, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure accurate financial reporting. The Accountant will also assist with audits and provide recommendations for financial efficiency and strategies to optimize resources.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
- Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software and tools (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations, compliance requirements, and audit processes
- Attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or CMA are a plus
- Experience in managing accounts in a healthcare or elder care setting is advantageous
