Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Accountant role based in Bengaluru. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, ensuring tax compliance, managing budgets, and assisting in financial audits. The role includes closely monitoring expenses, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and supporting the financial planning process for the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and budget management
- Experience with tax compliance, auditing processes, and maintaining accurate financial documentation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Familiarity with accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar platforms)
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; additional certifications such as CPA or CA are advantageous
- Prior professional experience in accounting or finance roles is preferred
