We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced ๐๐๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ๐๐ง๐ญ / ๐๐๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ ๐๐ฑ๐๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ with 3โ4 ๐ฒ๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐ ๐ข๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ซ๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ญ๐ ๐ฌ๐๐๐ญ๐จ๐ซ. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance related to real estate transactions.

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping
- Manage accounts payable & receivable
- Maintain project-wise accounting records
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Manage billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal teams
- Maintain proper documentation for real estate transactions

- Bachelorโs degree in Commerce (B.Com) / Accounting / Finance
- 3โ4 years of experience, ๐ฉ๐ซ๐๐๐๐ซ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐ข๐ง ๐ซ๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ญ๐ ๐จ๐ซ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฒ
๐๐ซ๐๐๐๐ซ๐ซ๐๐ ๐๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ
- Experience in real estate project accounting
- Knowledge of RERA compliance (added advantage)
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
