Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager, based in Mumbai. The Account Manager will oversee client account relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing client needs promptly. Responsibilities include handling client communication, identifying growth opportunities, managing sales cycles, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services. The role will involve collaborating with teams to meet client expectations and maintaining long-term professional relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills
- Sales, negotiation, and problem-solving expertise
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to fulfill client requirements
- Detail-oriented with organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
