Key Responsibilities
Financial & Accounting Management
- Maintain accurate records of project payments, client payments, and company expenses.
- Track incoming and outgoing payments related to projects and services.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all financial transactions.
Invoice Management
- Generate client invoices for completed milestones and projects.
- Maintain a systematic record of all invoices issued.
- Track outstanding invoices and payment status.
Client Payment Follow-ups
- Coordinate with clients regarding pending payments and invoice clarifications.
- Make phone calls or send follow-up emails to ensure timely payment collection.
- Maintain a payment follow-up tracker.
Proposal & Documentation Support
- Assist in the creation and formatting of proposals and quotations for clients.
- Maintain organized records of proposals shared with clients.
Employee Attendance & Internal Tracking
- Maintain and update employee attendance records.
- Track working days, leaves, and attendance reports.
GST & Compliance Support
- Prepare financial data required for GST filings.
- Coordinate with the auditor or CA for GST filing and other compliance requirements.
- Ensure financial records are updated for audit purposes.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Familiarity with GST processes and documentation
- Strong skills in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Good communication skills for client follow-ups
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
