Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as an Accountant located in Thane. The Accountant will manage daily bookkeeping, prepare financial statements, and assist in audits and tax filings. Responsibilities include reconciling accounts, analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and supporting financial reporting processes. The role requires collaboration with team members to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Bookkeeping, Financial Reporting, and Budgeting
- Strong knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxation laws and compliance
- Experience in Audit Processes and Financial Analysis
- Proficiency with accounting software and tools (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems)
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA) is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
