Accountant responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the organization's financial operations. The role focuses on ensuring compliance, preparing financial reports, managing reconciliations, and supporting day-to-day accounting activities that contribute to sound financial management.
This position requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to maintain accuracy while handling multiple financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounting documentation
- Process invoices, vendor payments, reimbursements, and expense reports
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Support audit processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Monitor cash flow and assist in financial tracking and reporting
- Maintain tax-related records and support statutory compliance requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external auditors as required

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance-related roles
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems
- Familiarity with GST, taxation, and statutory compliance requirements
- Exposure to budgeting and financial planning processes
- Professional certifications in accounting or finance are an advantage
