We’re looking for an Accountant who brings accuracy, discipline, and clarity to financial operations.
This role goes beyond bookkeeping—it’s about ensuring financial data is reliable, compliant, and useful for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely bookkeeping
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Handle bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.)
- Assist in audits and coordinate with external auditors
- Track expenses, manage invoices, and ensure timely payments
- Support budgeting and financial planning activities
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, etc.)
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic compliance requirements
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good to Have
- Experience in handling audits and tax filings
- Familiarity with Excel for financial analysis and reporting
- Exposure to ERP systems
- Experience in a startup or growing business environment
