Work Schedule: Monday to Fri | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Saturday | 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM

About Us:
Career Education Consultancy Australia (CECA) is a growing education and migration consultancy helping students achieve their international education and migration goals. We work closely with universities and colleges across Australia and internationally and are committed to providing professional, ethical, and student-focused services.
Candidates with some prior work experience and a mature, professional approach to responsibilities will be preferred. We are looking for someone seeking a stable, long-term role and who can grow with the organization over time.
This role is ideal for:

Important Note:
This role does NOT require advanced knowledge of Indian accounting principles. The work can be properly taught to the right candidate. We are looking more for intelligence, attention to detail, responsibility, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing accounts-related tasks and records
• Following up with colleges and institutions regarding commissions and payments
• Handling emails, communication, and coordination
• Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting
• Supporting administrative and operational processes
Requirements:
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational ability
- Active, hardworking, and motivated personality
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
