Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Ludhiana for a full-time, on-site position. The Accountant will be responsible for preparing and managing financial records, reconciling accounts, processing invoices, and generating financial reports. On a day-to-day basis, the Accountant will oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and support financial audits. The role also involves providing insights for fiscal management and contributing to the planning of budgets and financial strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, budgeting, and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools, along with Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
- Experience in preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and processing invoices
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and audit preparation processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus
- Work experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred
