Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Bengaluru. The Accountant will be responsible for handling day-to-day financial transactions, preparing financial reports, maintaining accurate records, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Additional responsibilities include accounts receivables, payment follow-up, payroll processing, reconciling accounts, and providing financial insights to support business decisions. Collaboration with team members and maintaining financial accuracy is essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping
- Experience with budget management, forecasting, and financial planning
- Knowledge of tax compliance, including GST and other local tax regulations
- Familiarity with accounting software and tools, such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, or similar
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CA, CMA) is a plus
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage or retail industry, is advantageous
Salary - Rs 20000-25000 per month depending on experience and skill.
