Role Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity at our facility in Jalgaon. The Accountant will handle day-to-day financial operations, including preparing financial statements, maintaining records of accounts payable and receivable, conducting budgeting and forecasting, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring compliance with local financial regulations. The role will also involve assisting with audits, preparing tax returns, and collaborating with various departments to optimize financial processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Accounting Principles, Financial Reporting, and Budget Management
- Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Bank Reconciliation
- Familiarity with Taxation, Auditing, and Compliance with financial laws and regulations
- Experience with Accounting Software, ERP Systems, and Financial Data Analysis
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
