Job Title: Accounts Executive / Account Assistant
Location: Mulund (West)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on experience in Tally to manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, and support closing activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Management in Tally:
- Accurately record daily financial transactions in Tally, including journal entries, invoices, and expense entries
- Maintain up-to-date and error-free accounting records
- Ensure proper classification and posting of entries
2. Bank Reconciliation:
- Reconcile bank statements with company accounts on a regular basis
- Identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly
3. Accounts Payable & Receivable:
- Manage vendor payments and ensure timely processing of invoices
- Generate customer invoices and follow up for payments
- Maintain accurate records of receivables and payables
4. Closing Support:
- Assist senior accountants in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Support preparation of financial reports and statements
5. Vouching & Petty Cash Management:
- Maintain petty cash records and ensure proper documentation
- Verify and manage vouchers with supporting documents
6. Documentation & Record Management:
- Maintain organized financial records and files (physical & digital)
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements
7. Utility Payments:
- Manage and track all utility payments (electricity, internet, etc.)
- Ensure timely payments and maintain records
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B.Com) or related field
- 3–6 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling audits and compliance
- Experience of GST
