Role Description
We are currently seeking a full-time Accountant for an on-site position based in Vadodara. The Accountant will handle financial transactions, maintain accurate records, reconcile accounts, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations. The role involves preparing tax documents, managing budgets, conducting financial analysis, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making. Close collaboration with the management team is essential to ensure efficient financial operations and reporting.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Accounting Principles, Bookkeeping, and Financial Reporting
- Experience with Tax Compliance, Tax Preparation, and Filing
- Skills in Budget Management and Financial Analysis
- Proficiency in Accounting Software and Spreadsheet Tools
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Attention to Detail and Organizational Abilities
- Good Communication Skills for Reporting and Collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA/CMA or equivalent certification (preferred but not mandatory)
- Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial accounting is a plus
