About AUM PremiumAUM Premium is a premium Himalayan natural mineral water brand focused on delivering quality, wellness, and sustainability. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive accountant to oversee the company's accounting, taxation, payroll, and financial operations.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance- Maintain day-to-day accounting records, ledgers, and books of accounts.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow reports.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor company expenditures.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.
Taxation & Compliance- Prepare and file GST returns and ensure timely compliance.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and filings.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable financial and statutory regulations.
Payroll Management- Process monthly payroll and salary disbursements.
- Maintain employee salary records and statutory deductions.
- Coordinate employee reimbursements and payroll-related documentation.
Financial Operations- Manage vendor payments and payment schedules.
- Generate invoices and track customer collections.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Monitor inventory-related accounting and cost tracking.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2- 3 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, payroll processing, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, or other accounting software.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high levels of accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications- CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent accounting certification.
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or consumer goods industries.
