Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Accountant located in Chhindwara. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing tax returns, keeping financial data up to date, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Daily tasks include bookkeeping, preparing client financial statements, handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and supporting audits. Collaboration with team members to analyze financial data and recommend improvements is also an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting practices, including bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Strong knowledge of taxation, including the preparation and filing of tax returns
- Skills in auditing and financial analysis
- Familiarity with accounting software and tools
- Attention to detail, accuracy in financial reporting, and strong problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CA or equivalent are a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
