Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Mudhol. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities also include budgeting, tax preparation, and providing financial insights to support decision-making. The role demands meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and tax preparation
- Strong skills in financial analysis, account reconciliation, and managing financial statements
- Experience with accounting software and tools such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar platforms
- Understanding of financial regulations, compliance standards, and audit processes
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide meaningful insights
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or equivalent are an advantage
