Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role located in Ahmedabad. The Accountant will oversee financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing budgets, reconciling accounts, monitoring cash flow, and facilitating audits. The role will involve collaborating with various teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting
- Experience with account reconciliation and managing cash flow
- Proficient in accounting software and tools, including spreadsheets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy in financial reports
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certification such as CPA, CA, or equivalent is a plus
- Experience in the fragrance or luxury goods industry is advantageous
