Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role located in Gurugram. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, reconciling accounts, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the organization’s financial decision-making. Additional duties may include preparing budgets, handling accounts payable/receivable, and ensuring that all necessary reporting is conducted accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial management tasks such as creating and maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and budget preparation
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools like QuickBooks, Tally, or similar platforms
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CPA or CA are a plus
- Ability to work effectively within a team and meet deadlines
