Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role located in Ganganagar. The Accountant will be responsible for preparing and maintaining financial records, including general ledger reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable management, and monthly financial reporting. The role involves ensuring compliance with tax regulations, assisting in audits, and monitoring budgets and expenditures. The Accountant will also support financial analysis and contribute to process improvements for efficient financial operations.
Qualifications
- Strong financial and accounting skills, including general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, and budget management
- Knowledge of tax compliance, regulatory requirements, and experience with audit procedures
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools for financial analysis and reporting
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills for collaboration and reporting within the organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or equivalent are an advantage
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred but not mandatory
