Role Description
Akio Coffee Roasters is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team on a full-time basis. This on-site role, based in Dehradun, involves managing the financial health of the company by overseeing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The Accountant will also assist in budget planning, cost analysis, and financial forecasting to support business decisions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and preparing financial statements
- Knowledge of tax compliance, budgeting, and financial forecasting
- Experience with financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks or similar platforms
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (relevant certifications such as CPA or CA preferred)
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a dynamic work environment
- Familiarity with industry-specific financial practices is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial data clearly and effectively
