Key Responsibilities:
- Record financial transactions in compliance with applicable accounting principles.
- Prepare journal entries during the month-end close process, including provisions, accruals, and other adjustment entries.
- Prepare financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and other management reports.
- Review contracts and manage vendor payments as well as customer collections.
- Perform bank reconciliations and other account reconciliation activities.
- Compile and provide financial data required for tax filings and management analysis.
Desired Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books, Zoho Payroll, and Zoho Expense.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to work effectively under stringent timelines.
- Basic understanding of accounting standards and principles.
