Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant located in the Greater Nagpur Area. The Accountant will handle daily financial transactions, manage general ledger activities, ensure accurate bookkeeping, prepare financial reports, and assist with audits. Other responsibilities include budget management, tax compliance, and maintaining financial controls and procedures to ensure the company's financial health.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Experience with auditing, compliance, and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools, as well as Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Relevant certifications like CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent are a plus
- Previous experience in e-commerce or hospitality industries is beneficial
