Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Accountant role based in Ahmedabad. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, preparing financial reports, performing reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additional tasks include accounts payable and receivable processing, budgeting, and assisting in audits as required.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accounting processes including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger management
- Proficiency in financial reporting, budget preparation, and financial analysis
- Experience with accounting software and tools such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications such as CPA or CA will be an advantage
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
