Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Accountant, based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting financial planning and analysis. Tasks also include managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, ensuring proper tax filings, and supporting audits. The hybrid nature of the role allows for a combination of in-office presence and work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Financial record-keeping and analysis skills, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategies
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of Indian taxation laws, compliance protocols, and regulatory frameworks
- Ability to manage accounts payable/receivable and handle bank reconciliations efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing financial statements and reports
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external auditors
- Ability to work both remotely and in-office in the Greater Delhi Area
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as CA, CMA, or CPA are a plus
- Experience in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry is advantageous
