Job Title: Team Lead – US Accounting
Location: Noida, Sector 63 (Onsite)
Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Fixed Weekends Off)
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Team Lead – US Accounting to manage and oversee a team handling end-to-end US accounting processes. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, hands-on accounting expertise, and the ability to work closely with US clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of US accounting professionals
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, reconciliations)
- Review financial statements and ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality of deliverables
- Train, mentor, and support team members for continuous improvement
- Act as a point of contact for US clients and stakeholders
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end close processes
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications- Proven experience in US Accounting (mandatory)
- Prior experience in a team handling / leadership role
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting processes
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in night shift (US time zone)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
