Brief Job Description
At No Fluff, we believe strong client relationships are built through ownership, clarity, and consistent execution. We are looking for a Junior Account Success Executive who is proactive, resourceful, and eager to create meaningful client experiences while driving smooth cross-functional collaboration.
This is a full-time, in-office position at our Mumbai workspace and is ideal for someone who enjoys managing client relationships, coordinating across teams, solving problems independently, and ensuring projects move forward efficiently from planning to execution.
What You Will Be Doing
Own the Account
- Manage client partnerships end-to-end - address inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Be anticipatory - understand your accounts deeply enough to flag risks, identify opportunities, and drive proactive communication.
- Lead meetings with intent - prepare, facilitate, and follow through to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and accountable.
Drive Execution with Precision
- Keep deliverables on schedule - collaborate with internal creative, strategy, and performance teams to meet quality standards and timelines.
- Maintain client records with precision - stay on top of documentation, briefs, trackers, and feedback loops.
- Master asynchronous tools - utilise Slack, Google Drive, and project management systems to enhance transparency and efficiency.
Communicate and Inform with Impact
- Communicate with clarity - draft emails, reports, decks, and updates that reflect thoughtfulness and precision.
- Deliver insight-driven support - conduct research that informs strategy, strengthens client narratives, and supports decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience
- A degree in marketing, psychology, communication, management, or equivalent hands-on experience that proves your capability.
- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in account management, client coordination, or project-based roles - preferably in a creative or marketing environment.
- Tech literacy - particularly in collaborative tools like Google Drive and Slack.
